As a bartender at the house, you are responsible for serving drinks to the guests, as well as keeping the bar clean and tidy. The bartenders at the house have a special responsibility to ensure that the alcohol law is followed, and work closely with the security team. You don't need any prior knowledge of the Alcohol Act, bottling or beer to be able to work with us. You will receive thorough training in responsible serving and the alcohol law from the bar manager during your first shifts.
